Accessible hotel room for guests with reduced mobility and/or electric wheelchair – Our Hotel is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The restrooms at the Front Desk and the Spa are accessible for persons with reduced mobility. We have one hotel room accessible for our guests with a disability.

Adapter – At the Front Desk, adapters fitting for international use are available.

Baby-friendly pieces of equipment – Depending on our free capacity, we can provide for our guests the following equipment: a highchair in the restaurant, a crib, baby bathtub.

Bathrobe - Our Guests can ask for it at the Front Desk.

Beverage service – 24-hour beverage service is available for each room. Please, indicate your order at the Front Desk.

Bedlinen and pillows – If needed, we can provide extra bedlinen or extra, different-sized pillows to our Guests who can ask for them at our Front Desk.

Bike rental – Our guests can rent bikes for a free all yea. In case you are interested in this service please indicate your need at the Front Desk.

Castle Spa (Várfürdő) tickets – Our Guests can buy tickets for the Várfürdő (Castle Spa) also at our Front Desk.

Central safe – At our hotel’s Front Desk, we provide a safe for our guests’ valuables.

Closed parking for cars and buses – For our guests’ cars or buses, a closed parking area is available at our Hotel.

Electric charging station  – In our closed parking area, we provide an electric charging station for our hotel guests.

Elevator - Our hotel has one elevator for the guests. Please, in case of fire or emergency, do not use the elevator.

Entertainment – In the lobby and the garden, our hotel provides foosball and air hockey. The chip for these games can be bought at the Front Desk.

External and internal communication – In case of interest, our hotel ensures the possibility of External and internal communication with rentable mobile phones at the Front Desk.

Front Desk – 24-hour Front Desk service for our guests.

International TV channels – The hotel rooms’ TV broadcast international channels as well.

Laundry and ironing service at request – Our Guests can enjoy this service by handing their clothes to wash/iron at the Front Desk. This service is for a fee. The laundry bags are placed in the hotel rooms’ closets.

Lobby bar – At the Front Desk, we provide 24-hour beverage service.

Luggage delivery – We provide a free luggage delivery service for our guests.  In case you are interested in this service please indicate your need at the Front Desk.

Luggage locker – At the front desk, we provide free luggage locker service for our guests.

Office services – Safe photocopying, printing, and scanning are available at our hotel’s office for an extra fee. In case you have an interest in these services, please indicate your need at the Front Desk.

Room service – 16-hour room service. Our Guests can choose from the rich menu of our partner restaurant. The Menus are available in the rooms.

Sewing kit – Our Guests can rent a sewing kit at our Front Desk.

Shoe cleaner – We provide a shoe cleaner machine for our Guests.  In case you are interested in this service please indicate your need at the Front Desk.

Toiletries – Toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaver can be bought at the Front Desk.

Umbrella – We can lend an umbrella for our Guests at our Front Desk.

Wake-up call service – Our Guests can ask for a wake-up call at our Front Desk at any time of the day.
